If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return process.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products that show signs of use, have been altered, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, FabFiki will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or an exchange will be arranged based on product availability.
Please note that products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
